This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have. It applies to 99Exch, registered at Patparganj, New Delhi, India.
What we collect
- Identity — name, date of birth, and the KYC documents you send us (Aadhaar or PAN).
- Contact — mobile number, WhatsApp number, email if you give one.
- Financial — UPI ID or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals, payment references and UTR numbers, and your transaction history.
- Activity — bets placed, markets viewed, balances, bonuses.
- Technical — IP address, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Communications — your WhatsApp chats with our support team, which we retain as a record for both sides.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account and process your bets.
- To move money in and out, and to investigate payment problems.
- To verify your identity and age, and to meet anti-money-laundering obligations.
- To detect fraud, bonus abuse, collusion and automated play.
- To provide support, and to keep a record of what was agreed.
- To send service messages and, where you have not opted out, offers.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Payment and banking partners, to settle your deposits and withdrawals.
- Game and platform providers, to the extent needed to run the games you play.
- Identity verification providers, for KYC checks.
- Regulators, law enforcement or courts, where we are legally required to.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you logged in, remember preferences such as your odds view, and measure how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site will stop working if you block essential ones.
How long we keep it
We keep account, transaction and verification records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by financial and gaming regulations, currently five years after your account is closed. Self-exclusion records are kept for the duration of the exclusion and afterwards, so the block cannot be bypassed.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. Access to identity documents is restricted to staff who need it for verification. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong unique password and never share your login or OTP with anyone — including anyone claiming to be from 99Exch.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete data we no longer have a legal reason to keep.
- Opt out of marketing messages at any time, without affecting service messages.
To exercise any of these, message us on WhatsApp or email info@99exchangeindia.com. We respond within 24 hours.
Children
Our services are not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we discover an underage account, we close it and delete the data other than what we must keep by law.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you directly where the change is significant.
