99Exchange collects only the information that is needed to create your ID, keep your wallet working and answer you when you message our support team. This page explains what we collect, why we need it and what control you have over it.
What we collect
When you create an ID we collect your name, your mobile number and the documents you send us for verification, which are usually your Aadhar or Pan card. When you deposit or withdraw we collect the UPI number or bank account being used along with the transaction details, and while you are playing we keep a record of your bets, your wallet balance and your transaction history. We also keep the chat history of your conversations with our support team on WhatsApp so that both sides have the same record.
Why we need it
Your details are used to run your account, move your money in and out, verify that you are who you say you are and keep the platform free of fraud and duplicate IDs. They also let our team answer your query quickly without asking you the same questions again every time you message us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information to anybody. It is shared only with our payment partners so that your deposits and withdrawals can be settled, with the game providers to the extent needed to run the games you open, and with any authority where the law requires us to provide it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember the settings you have chosen and understand how the platform is being used. You can clear or block them from your browser at any time, though a few parts of the site will stop working normally if you do.
How long we keep it
Account, transaction and verification records are kept for as long as your ID is open and for five years after it is closed, because financial rules require us to hold them for that period. Self exclusion records are kept for longer so that the block cannot be bypassed by opening a fresh ID.
Keeping it safe
All traffic between your device and the platform is encrypted, and the documents you send for verification are seen only by the team members who check them. Please use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else, and remember that we will never ask you for your password or for an OTP. Anybody who asks you for these is not from 99Exchange.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete what we are no longer required to keep. You can also stop marketing messages at any time without it affecting your account. Message us on WhatsApp or write to info@99exchangeindia.com and we will reply within twenty four hours.
Children
99Exchange is only for players who are 18 years or above and we do not knowingly collect the details of anybody younger. If an underage account is found it is closed immediately and the stakes are returned.
