These Terms govern your use of 99Exch ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Patparganj, New Delhi, India. By creating an account or placing a bet you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must be legally permitted to use an online gaming service where you live. It is your responsibility to check your local law before depositing.
- You must be acting on your own behalf, not for a third party.
- Employees of 99Exch and their immediate family may not hold accounts.
2. Your account
- One account per person, per household, per device, per IP address. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances withheld pending review.
- Your ID is issued after you contact us on WhatsApp. Change the password on first login.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret. Activity under your login is treated as yours. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date, and must match your KYC documents. See our KYC Policy.
3. Deposits & withdrawals
- Accepted methods include UPI, PhonePe, IMPS and RTGS.
- Minimum deposit is Rs. 500. Deposits usually reflect instantly; if one does not, send us the payment screenshot or UTR number on WhatsApp and we will credit it.
- Withdrawals are paid back to the same account or UPI ID used to deposit. We do not pay to third-party accounts.
- Withdrawals are processed in 2–4 hours during business hours, and within 24–48 hours in exceptional cases.
- KYC must be complete before your first withdrawal.
- Any applicable taxes on winnings are your responsibility. Where law requires us to deduct tax at source, we will do so and provide the relevant record.
4. Placing and settling bets
- A bet is struck only when it is accepted and shown in your bet history. A displayed price is not a guarantee until matched.
- Bets are settled on the official result declared by the governing body of the event.
- We may void bets where there is an obvious pricing error, a technical fault, a suspended or abandoned event, or evidence of manipulation. See Rules & Regulations for detail.
- Maximum payout limits may apply per market and per day: Rs. 10,00,000 per market and Rs. 25,00,000 per day.
5. Bonuses and promotions
- Each promotion carries its own terms, which sit alongside these Terms.
- Bonuses are for genuine play. Abuse — including hedging both sides of a market purely to clear a wagering requirement — may lead to forfeiture.
- We may amend or withdraw a promotion at any time.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Using bots, scripts, scrapers or automated tools of any kind.
- Collusion between accounts, or acting as part of a syndicate against other users.
- Betting with knowledge not publicly available, or on an event you can influence.
- Money laundering, or funding an account with money that is not lawfully yours.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without contacting us first.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, or a legal obligation to do so. Where an account is closed without fault, any genuine balance is returned to you. You may close your account at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
8. Liability
We provide the platform on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from interrupted connectivity, device failure, or an event feed being delayed or incorrect. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
