These terms explain how 99Exchange works and what you agree to every time you log in, place a bet or open any of the games on the site or the mobile App. Please read them carefully before you create an ID, because they apply to everything you do on the platform from that point onwards.
Who can play
You must be 18 years or above to hold a 99Exchange ID and you must be allowed to use an online gaming platform where you live. It is your responsibility to check the rules that apply in your own state before you deposit any money. Every player is allowed one ID only and the details you give us must be your own and must be correct, because the same details are used later when you withdraw your winnings.
Your ID and your password
Your 99Exchange ID is your entry into the platform and everything that happens on it is treated as your own activity, so please keep your password to yourself and change it as soon as you receive your login. If you ever feel that somebody else has your details, message our support team straight away and we will secure the account for you.
Deposits and withdrawals
You can add funds through UPI, Phone Pe, IMPS and RTGS and the amount usually reflects in your wallet almost instantly. Withdrawals are sent back to the same account or UPI number that was used for the deposit and they are processed in two to four hours during business hours, and within twenty four to forty eight hours in special cases. A one time KYC has to be completed before your first withdrawal so that there is no error at our end. Any tax that applies on your winnings is your own responsibility.
How bets are settled
A bet counts only once it is accepted and shows in your bet history, and a price on the screen is not confirmed until it is matched. All markets are settled on the official result declared for the event. We may void a bet where there is an obvious pricing error, a technical fault, an event that is abandoned or any evidence of manipulation, and in those cases the stake is returned to your wallet.
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer running on 99Exchange carries its own conditions and those conditions apply along with these terms. Bonuses are meant for genuine play, so an account that is opened only to collect offers, or that places bets on both sides of a market just to clear a requirement, may lose the bonus amount.
What is not allowed
Bots, scripts and any kind of automated play are not allowed on the platform, and neither is collusion between accounts, betting with information that is not public, or funding an ID with money that is not lawfully yours. Accounts found doing any of this are closed.
Closing an account
You can close your ID at any time by messaging our support team on WhatsApp. We may also suspend or close an account where we have a genuine reason to believe these terms have been broken, and where an account is closed without any fault of yours the balance in the wallet is returned to you.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated from time to time and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version. 99Exchange is registered at Patparganj, New Delhi, India, and these terms are governed by the laws of India with disputes falling under the courts of New Delhi.
