Self exclusion closes your access to 99Exch for a period you choose. It exists for one reason: so that a decision you make in a clear moment holds later, when it is harder to stop.
Asking for it is not a failure and you do not have to explain yourself. Our team will set it up without argument.
Periods available
- Time-out — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, for a short break.
- Self exclusion — 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years.
- Permanent closure — your account is closed for good.
Self exclusion cannot be cancelled early. That is the point of it. Once the
period starts we will not reopen the account before it ends, however you ask, and whoever asks.
How to request it
- Message our team on WhatsApp and say you want to self-exclude.
- Tell us the period you want.
- We confirm it in writing on the same chat, so you have a record.
- The block takes effect immediately on confirmation.

What happens once it starts
- You cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
- Any withdrawable balance is returned to you before the account is locked.
- Open bets are left to settle normally, and proceeds are paid out to you.
- You are removed from all marketing lists.
- We will refuse a new account opened in your name, or with your documents or payment details, for the duration.
When the period ends
Nothing reopens automatically. You must contact us and ask, and there is a cooling-off period of 24 hours before access is restored. If the exclusion was permanent, the account stays closed.
Please also block yourself elsewhere
Excluding here does not stop you using other sites. To make it count, consider:
- Blocking software that covers gaming sites across your devices, such as Gamban or BetBlocker.
- A gaming block on your bank card or UPI app, which many banks now offer.
- Speaking to one of the free services listed on our Responsible Gaming page.
If you are supporting someone else and are worried about their gaming, those same organisations advise families, not just players.
