Self exclusion closes your access to 99Exchange for a period that you choose yourself. It exists for one simple reason, which is to make sure that a decision you take in a clear moment still holds later on, when stopping is harder. Asking for it is not a failure and you do not have to explain anything to anybody, and our team will set it up for you without asking you a single question.
The periods available
You can take a short break of twenty four hours, seven days or thirty days if you just want to step away for a while. For something longer you can self exclude for six months, one year or five years, and if you would rather finish with the platform altogether you can ask for your ID to be closed permanently.
How to ask for it
Message our team on WhatsApp, tell them that you want to self exclude and tell them the period you have chosen. They will confirm it back to you on the same chat so that you have a written record of it, and the block starts working from that moment onwards.
What happens once it starts
You will not be able to log in, deposit or place any bets for the whole period. Any withdrawable balance sitting in your wallet is sent back to you before the ID is locked, and any bets that are still open are left to settle normally with the proceeds paid out to you. You are taken off all our marketing lists, and we will refuse a fresh ID opened in your name or with your documents or payment details while the exclusion is running.
Please understand that self exclusion cannot be cancelled early, because that is the whole point of it. Once the period has started we will not reopen the ID before it ends, no matter who asks or how the request is made.
When the period ends
Nothing reopens on its own. You have to contact our team and ask for it, and there is a cooling off period of twenty four hours before access is given back to you. If you asked for a permanent closure then the ID stays closed for good.
Blocking yourself elsewhere
Excluding yourself here does not stop you using any other platform, so if you want the break to really count then it is worth using blocking software that covers gaming sites across all your devices, and asking your bank or UPI app to put a block on the card you use.
